Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, all returned products must be unused, unwashed, intact in appearance, and complete with original packaging and accessories. Products damaged due to personal use, man-made damage, or missing original accessories will not be eligible for a full refund. Our team will strictly inspect all returned items after receiving the package.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned package is received, inspected and verified to meet return standards, we will initiate the official refund process. All valid refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 working days. The specific arrival time of the fund shall be subject to the processing rules of your original payment channel.

Return Shipping & Tariff Instructions

The free global shipping service covers only the initial order delivery process. For customer-initiated return shipments, the return freight and any related incidental expenses shall be borne by the customer. No additional tariffs or hidden fees will be charged for the original order, and all pre-paid logistics and tariff costs will not be refunded.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations do not support return and refund services: return applications exceeding the valid return period; products damaged by personal misuse, disassembly or improper storage; missing product accessories, packaging damage that affects secondary sales; customized products and special clearance items marked as non-returnable.
